Your offer is not binding and we may accept another offer. You will need to wire your EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) to our title company (ask us or them for instructions) or directly to us.
We will not hold a property for you past the due date unless title company confirms EMD receipt. If we are unable to provide clear title for you for any reason, your earnest money will be refunded.
Buyers are advised to do their own independent due diligence and research before purchasing. Buyers should analyze and independently verify all assumptions on renovation costs, rental incomes, or any comparable information contained above.
Buyer pays all closing costs. Non-refundable earnest money deposit of $2500 DUE at the signing of the contract. Property sold in as-is condition.
